A group of entrepreneurs, made up of José Monteiro Ribeiro Junqueira, João Duarte Ferreira and Norberto Custódio Ferreira, launched themselves into the young and promising electricity market by founding Companhia Força e Luz Cataguazes-Leopoldina – CFLCL.
