Annual Sustainability Report

The 2022 Sustainability Report was published in accordance with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines.

The Global Reporting Initiative is an international independent non-profit organization with multiple stakeholders, that produced sustainability reporting guidelines that focus on increasing responsibility and transparency in economic, environmental and social performance, providing all companies and organizations a comprehensive sustainability reporting framework that is widely used around the world. In 2016 the GRI guidelines added references to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Energisa Group signed up to the Global Compact in August 2020, officially undertaking responsibility to help achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.

As a participant of the Global Compact, Energisa Group has to publish annual reports about progress made and results achieved in implementing the UN’s ten principles and sustainable targets by way of a Communication on Progress (COP). We support public responsibility and transparency and have therefore undertaken to submit a progress report within one year of joining the Global Compact and annually thereafter, in accordance with the COP policy.
