Share Offer to Employees of ERO and EAC

The Energisa Group celebrated another milestone on October 31, taking over the distribution companies serving the states of Rondônia (CERON) and Acre (ELETROACRE), cementing our position as the fifth-largest distribution group in Brazil. The concession award ceremony took place at ANEEL in Brasilia.
CPPI Resolution 20, later amended by CPPI Resolutions 28 and 29, approved the conditions for the transfer of a controlling interest in Empresa de Eletricidade do Acre (Eletroacre) and Centrais Elétricas de Rondônia (Ceron), in connection with the newly awarded 30-year distribution concession. The auction took place on August 30.
